CWINZ88 GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Licensing and Corporate Structure Cwinz88 operates under Curaçao license B2C-LTWLSP6L-1668JAZ, issued to Multiverse N.V., a limited company with its registered office at Heelsumstraat 51, E-Commerce Park, Curaçao. Levetatient Limited, a company with its registered office at Chytron 30, 2nd Floor, Office A22, 1075 Nicosia, Cyprus, is a subsidiary of Multiverse N.V. and provides back-office services, including payment settlements, on behalf of its parent company.

2. Use of Services

Services are provided strictly for personal entertainment. Professional or commercial play is prohibited.
Players may only use the Services in a personal, non-professional capacity and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
Misuse of Services may result in cancellation of winnings, termination of bonuses, and account closure.

3. Account Policy

Prohibition of Multiple Accounts: Players are restricted to a single account. Any suspicion of multiple accounts, collusion, or fictitious accounts may result in account closure and forfeiture of bonuses and winnings.

4. Deposits and Funds Declaration

Each deposit confirms that the funds are lawfully owned by the Player and not derived from illegal sources.
The Company reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds on a case-by-case basis.

5. Winnings and Withdrawals

Daily Winnings Limit: Maximum winnings per 24 hours is USD 100,000. Any amount above this may be cancelled.
Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals must use the same payment method as the deposit, unless otherwise determined by the Company.
Account Ownership: Withdrawals must be made to accounts solely owned by the Player.
Daily Withdrawal Limit: Players may withdraw a maximum of USD 10,000 per 24 hours, subject to payment method limitations.

6. Rights and Obligations

Player accounts are non-transferable. Any assignment or sublicensing of rights under these Terms is strictly prohibited.
Any breach results in forfeiture of all rights and may lead to account closure.

7. Game-Specific Rules

Bets made with insufficient funds or on cancelled deposits are invalid.
Players must report erroneous credits immediately. Profits from such credits will be returned to Cwinz88.
Bets are final upon confirmation and cannot be modified.
Live bets are valid if placed while the outcome is still uncertain.
Erroneous odds or software issues may result in recalculations and invalidation of bets.
System and parlay bets have specific payout rules.

8. Bet Types

Cwinz88 offers single bets, parlays, system bets, and chain bets.
Winnings are calculated according to bet type, odds, and outcomes.

9. Match Result and Event Rules

Official results from recognized authorities are used for bet settlement.
Rescheduled or interrupted matches may lead to bets being voided (odds set to 1.0).
Exceptions are detailed for various sports including football, tennis, basketball, and motorsports.

10. Sport-Specific Provisions

Details on timing, scoring, handicaps, totals, and live play apply according to the sport.
Player non-participation or event location changes may void related bets.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes must be raised in writing within 10 days of the event.
Disputes unresolved through communication will proceed to mediation.
Mediation must be initiated within 14 working days of written notice and begin within 8 weeks of the ADR notice.
Legal proceedings may only commence after mediation has failed or if one party refuses to participate.
